Ingredients
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of goji berry
- ¼ cup of roasted walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups of soy milk
- Dark chocolate, to taste
- Strawberries, as desired
- Black cranberries, as desired
- Red blueberries, as desired
- Honey, as desired
